Struggling cooking Tofu? You don't know where to start?
Tofu was my first obstacle when I started to cook plant-based. See, I used to eat meat at every meal and figured out that tofu might help me to change that.
For the first time, I bought a package of tofu, took it home, and tried to cook it. I remember having no clue what to do with that weird white blob. So I just fried it like I used to do with chicken.
Well, it wasn't good. It was bland and undercooked.
I thought "I will never eat Tofu again, it's disgusting." Oh boy, I was wrong!
Jumping ahead a few years later, I ate a tofu dish in a restaurant, and it was... wow! They replaced bacon bits by delicious crispy smoked tofu. I was shocked! I had no idea you could do that with tofu. So I went back home determined to make it works this time!
If they can do it, so can I, right?
So I became obsessed and learned everything I could learn about tofu. It took a lot of time and experimentation. But I finally made it!
I fell so in love with tofu that I decided to help people master cooking this versatile staple product. I created this course so you don't have to waste your time trying to figure it all out by yourself. So you can cook dozens of tofu recipes just by learning a few cooking techniques.

I'm the Founder and writer here at Foodful Thoughts, Traveller and Plant-Based French Cook in Training.
Let me tell you a bit about me!
In 2021, I left my job as a software engineer, and followed my passion for food and travelling. I discovered world food I've never heard of and took cooking lessons in amazing places like Thailand and Cambodia.
In 2023, I settled in Europe and I dedicated myself to explore the world of plant-based cooking. It's a beautiful, creative and ethical way of eating.
In January 2024, I started taking a vegan professional cooking course, and I decided that I would share what I learned with the world, so everyone can add plant-based options in their diet and help making our futur a bit brighter!
Now, I'm working full-time on my blog and content creation. My mission is to make plant-based food accessible without using fake food.
